Breakfast very good. The server that Sunday was excellent. Curteous, offered to help and get items not out for service. She kept the area very clean and appetizing. Most impressed with this part as well as the welcome we received from the front desk on Saturday afternoon. Air conditioning worked great! (Old but functioned wonderfully)

The room was comfortable as was the bed, and it was easy to find off the 99 freeway. It was also very quiet, as the hotel was less than half full even though it was a Friday night.

The receptionist at checkin was very friendly and checkin was quick and easy. Beautiful grounds, nice pool with chairs and close to shopping and restaurants. When we requested extra towels they came very quickly. We were able to get a late checkout too. Very happy with our stay.

We slept in this hotel returning after one day at the Yosemite park being in the middle between the park and San Francisco. Classic motel rooms with everything you need, parking in place and clean enough. We liked it. Also, one of the few places with breakfast included that was good enough from our point of view.

Location was perfect. Close enough to my final destination and plenty of places to eat as well as a grocery store around the corner! Freeway access is a BONUS because many places I needed to be weren't necessarily in that town. The house keeping staff was friendly . Free Breakfast and laundry a definite plus. Would've liked an update on the availability of the pool but as I was on a " reunion " trip , it was really a small issue. Free parking! Woo hoo!!!! I would stay again if the need arises. Pricing was reasonable for the length of my stay and the rooms didn't "look cheap " .

The location was perfect! Right next to convenient stores like Walmart and good takeout places like In-N-Out. The room was really clean. The bed was huge I will be returning!

The room was clean. It was on the smaller side but served our purpose of being in Modesto for a funeral. If we come back to Modesto to visit family we would probably stay here again.

Exceptional staff. After fighting the 99 Freeway during bad weather, it was really appreciated that I had a cheery and helpful checking experience. Above and beyond my expectation.
